Our dyed veneer production begins with carefully selected premium raw materials, including African Ayous and Basswood logs. Each log undergoes rigorous inspection before entering the rotary cutting process, where veneers are precisely sliced to thicknesses between 0.20mm and 0.7mm. The subsequent dyeing stage employs Moganshan's proprietary high color-fastness technology, featuring an innovative "bleaching & softening" simultaneous pretreatment process and water-based high color-fastness dye systems.
